1. What’s covered?
Every device we sell comes with a 12-month warranty as standard. This covers any hardware faults that weren’t caused by you. If your laptop won’t turn on or the screen suddenly fails, we’ve got you.
2. What’s not covered?
We’re reasonable, but we can’t cover everything. This warranty doesn’t include:
- Accidental damage (drops, spills, or cracked screens).
- Water damage of any kind.
- Software issues, viruses, or OS changes.
- Battery life (batteries are consumable parts and will naturally degrade over time).
- Normal wear and tear (scratches, dents).
- Repairs done by anyone other than Justroo.
3. How to make a claim
If something goes wrong, just drop us an email at legal@justroo.com with your order number. We’ll try to fix it, and if we can’t, we’ll replace it with a similar model or give you a refund.
4. Shipping costs
For the first 30 days, we’ll cover the shipping both ways. After that, you’ll need to pay to get the device to us, but we’ll pay to send it back to you once it’s fixed.
