Standard Delivery is Free to most of the UK
We believe in honest pricing. Standard delivery is free for the majority of the UK. For orders to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and various islands, a small delivery fee may apply. You will always see the exact cost at the checkout before you pay, so there are never any nasty surprises.
Fast Dispatch and Transit Times
Once you place your order, our team gets to work. We aim to dispatch most items within 24 to 48 hours. Most standard orders will then arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 4 working days. We move quickly because we know you are eager to start using your new gear.
The Pre-Dispatch Quality Check
Every device gets a final professional inspection
Before any Apple, HP, or Dell machine leaves our warehouse, it goes through a final quality control check. We test the battery, ports, and software one last time to ensure your Wild Hardware is in peak condition. If a charger or component does not meet our high standards, we swap it for a fresh one. We will not sacrifice quality just to save a day in shipping, so we only send out tech that we would be happy to use ourselves.
Tracking Your Order

We use trusted courier partners like DPD to handle your deliveries. As soon as your order is packed and ready, we will send you a tracking link via email. This lets you follow your hardware on its journey. On the morning of delivery, our couriers will usually send you a text or email with a specific time window so you do not have to wait around all day.
Safe and Secure Handling

Refurbished tech deserves a first-class trip. We use heavy-duty, bespoke packaging designed to keep laptops, desktops, and monitors totally secure. If you are not going to be in, most of our couriers allow you to select a safe place or a local pickup point through their tracking app.
The Important Bits
- Weekend Orders. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays are processed on the next working day.
- UK Shipping Only. Currently, we only ship within the UK. We do not ship to the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man at this time.
- Delivery Delays. While we move fast, rare delays out of our control can happen during busy periods. We will always keep you updated if your order is taking a little longer than expected.
